The Sonic Concept: In Harmony with Nature
Music is part of nature. Our ancestors learned to make music by imitating the sounds of their immediate environment—the natural world.
Genres such as New Age and Ambient, which have experienced a cultural renaissance in recent years, often incorporate sounds from the natural world because they tend to have a calming and soothing effect on us evolutionarily.
The sound of Nature Love is connected to this holistic approach. It interprets natural patterns and draws directly from nature as both a sound and inspiration source. The sound of Nature Love is one with nature.
Characteristics of our Sound Branding:
- Cycles of nature as a compositional scheme: Nature consists of recurring phases and rhythms. We use repetition, ostinato, and loops as compositional tools.
- Nature-connected instrumentation: We incorporate instruments from sound meditation such as kalimba, handpan, singing bowls, and chimes, as well as wooden acoustic instruments into a contemporary production.
- Nature Samples & Sounds: We use recordings of natural ambiences that are manipulated to create new instruments and layered textures.
The Sonic Identity is the blueprint for the Corporate Sound of Nature Love, from which all other assets are derived. It encompasses all characteristics of the sound world and includes a wide spectrum of energy levels.
