Making the emotional brand personality tangible

Our task was to make HDI’s emotional brand personality audible and tangible across all touchpoints.

The solution: a sound branding system that reflects the brand’s philosophy and values in a target-group-oriented and channel-specific way. Usability and flexibility are essential to deliver a consistent auditory brand experience.

The brand manifesto defines HDI’s acoustic brand identity: structured, clear sound surfaces as an expression of guidance and competence in a challenging global environment - combined with driving, innovative ear candies as a symbol of diversity, flexibility, and innovation. Based on the acoustic brand manifesto, a sound logo was adapted that makes HDI acoustically recognizable across all touch points.
