What does community and exchange sound like?

As Europe's leading digital and marketing trade fair, DMEXCO brings thousands of people together in Cologne every year to exchange ideas about the latest developments in the industry.
We have developed a sound branding that reflects this professional and interpersonal exchange with the use of sound.

To achieve this, we incorporated impactful sounds from the trade fair into our production: clapping, footsteps, or voices as percussive elements. In combination with atmospheric instrumentation, we created a modern and contemporary sonic world from which we could develop music and sound elements for various applications.

How and where does DMEXCO sound?

In addition, we curated a playlist with 26 tracks that will play in between speeches.

The new sound branding will be heard at this year's DMEXCO on September 20th and 21st in Cologne and on the trade fair's digital channels.
