Your tasks

You are responsible for the realization of music and sound productions for our clients. You will work with internal and external music creators, including music producers, composers, songwriters and vocalists, to create the soundtrack for large advertising campaigns.

You are responsible for the quality assurance of music and sound productions. You proactively manage the production process by providing results-oriented guidance to the music creators. You don't produce yourself, but you know exactly which elements need to be changed on a music track to get the best out of it.

Your main task is to give feedback to the musicians regarding harmony, melody, rhythm, arrangement, lyrics, instrumentation and mix. In direct contact with our customers you also control the implementation of their feedback. In this way you ensure that music and sound productions have the highest possible production value and your collaboration with the music creators increases the quality of compositions and mixes.

Your profile

Education or relevant practical experience in music production or a related field
Experience in music and audio production
Knowledge of production techniques and applied knowledge of at least one DAW (Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Cubase)
Practical knowledge of mixing and mastering techniques
Knowledge of music theory and sound production
Initial experience producing music for moving image with a wide range of genres and moods from modern genre-bending pop music, orchestral film trailer composition, and sound design
